If there is a discrepancy between your browser's estimated storage and your system's actual storage, follow these steps to address the issue. 

1. Enable notifications for the website.
2. Bookmark the page.
3. Restart the browser and check the storage again.

If you are still getting the warning from Boomcaster, try another browser. Boomcaster supports latest versions of Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

NOTE: Boomcaster recommends 5GB of free space from the browser to record in high quality. While Boomcaster uploads to the cloud in real-time, local storage in the browser is needed when the upload bandwidth is low and/or the upload has to be paused temporarily. In the absence of storage, recording for the participant will be stopped when the storage is exhausted.
