Step-by-Step Troubleshooting:

    1.    Disconnect and Reconnect the USB Device

    •    Ask the guest to unplug their USB microphone or camera from their computer.

    •    Wait a few seconds, then reconnect the device to a working USB port.

    •    Confirm the device is detected by their computer before returning to the studio.

    2.    Close and Reopen the Browser

    •    Instruct your guest to close their browser completely and reopen it.

    •    They can rejoin the session by clicking the original invite link.

    3.    Select Another Device from Settings

    •    Ask your guest to open the Settings menu in the recording studio.

    •    Have them select a different microphone or camera from the dropdown menus for Audio Input or Video Input.

    •    This may help bypass the issue.

    4.    Reboot the Computer

    •    As a last resort, ask the guest to restart their computer.

    •    This will reset all USB connections and resolve most hardware conflicts.
